Looking out for Scotland's birds of prey

Two game bags containing poisoned bait.

These two game bags, often used by gamekeepers, both contained a substantial amount of meat, cut into small pieces and laced with Carbofuran poison. Carbofuran is illegal to possess and use in the UK, but remains thee poison of choice by criminals targeting birds of prey.  The bags were found on the edge of a grouse moor.
